Fellow Prospectors’ A Helping Hand
Hey, Prospectors. Are you Frustrated? Unsure? Or just need a bit of clarification?
Well, here’s a bit of great news just for you! We prepared a detailed help system so you can easily find answers to all of your questions.
Prospectors is not the easiest game, there is a lot of information you need to know, so that you’re able to build up your own strategy. That’s why we launched a help service using the Zendesk platform.
You can reach help from the Prospectors website. Also the access button is embedded into the game interface right below the settings. So, you always have access to the necessary knowledge.
When you open the Prospectors help service, you will see a search line and two article sections, named “FAQ”, and “Gameplay”. Below those, you’ll see a list of the recent articles.
The FAQ section unites articles about the structure of the Prospectors Metaverse, all the additional services, servers, resources, and digital assets.
The Gameplay section consists of all you need to know about the game, how to find gold, how to manage your workers, develop the business, and a lot more.
If you are new to Prospectors, maybe it’s better to read all the articles one by one before playing. Or you can just start playing and exploring everything around by yourself, using the help service to search some exact terms if needed.
